Description
This fall I've had the privilege of observing several species of owls including the Great Gray Owl. These birds are absolutely stunning and their acute hearing and silent wings make them amazing predators. It is so important to not disturb them....I only stayed to watch each bird 2 or 3 minutes and then left them in peace to hunt undisturbed. Pictures are heavily cropped.
